Tucked along TX-173 in Devine, our kitchen has been quietly winning over the neighborhood one breakfast plate at a time. We don't have a flashy storefront — what we have is a griddle that never stops, a coffee pot that's always full, and recipes that taste like they came from someone's abuela. One regular put it best: it's easy to eat here “almost every morning.”

Every order comes from scratch — hand-pressed tortillas, slow-simmered salsas, and meats seasoned the way they should be. We know the food isn't the cheapest plate in town, and we hear that. What we won't do is cut corners on flavor or portions of care. As one guest wrote, it's "a little pricier than places" nearby, but the quality is why folks keep coming back.
